✔We keep a first aid kit in the primary bathroom for minor cuts and scrapes.

✔ We provide fresh premium linens for each guest.

✔ We provide basic paper goods and consumables - paper towels, tissues, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, dish soap, sponges.

✔ Coffee & tea are included.

Additonal Items:

We do welcome dogs! Other pets will not be considered due to allergies. Must make a pet apart of your reservation for the fee to be applied. ($150.00/dog)

A signed waiver and rental agreement are required after confirmed bookings. A $35 damage waiver fee covers accidental damage up to $500. This protects both you and the property—no security deposit required.

Lost & Found Items - Accidents happen! We charge a $25 minimum to ship forgotten items, which must be paid in advance + 25% service fee. The remaining balance will be sent with receipt.

Gem in the Old City

What a beautiful home! Recently upgraded but keeping it's historic charm, this house is a Pearl! Three stories of spacious rooms, right next to everything Historic St. Augustine has to offer!It is perfect for bigger groups or families where additional bedrooms are needed. The location couldn't be more perfect and the host was super accommodating, responsive and thoughtful. The beds are super comfortable and there was plenty of space to hang out and relax after a long day of walking the pedestrian mall full of lovely shops. The kids took advantage of the pool next door at the Renaissance Hotel which was very nice. We cooked on the grill and ate dinner in the backyard. I can't say enough great things about this stay. It was worth every penny!
