Fun and relaxing. Whether taking a few minutes to walk to Saint Augustine Beach, or to multiple restaurants with delicious food varieties with entertainment at Salt Life. And there is the Saint Johns County Fishing Pier, Pavilion, and Splash Park for the youngsters. This is the place to be! Beautifully furnished condo sleeps 4 comfortably and 2 more could sleep on the queen sized living room sleeper sofa if desired. In the master bedroom dial in your own comfort settings [with the clicker] on a king size SLEEP NUMBERĀ® bed. The guest room has a conventional queen size bed and a bookcase full of books. Features a full kitchen including dishes and cooking utensils and dishwasher. Smart TV, Basic Cable and Internet are also provided. The YMCA is across the street & within walking distance. Bike and surf board rentals are available close by on A1A Beach @ A Street. Only a 10 minute car ride to downtown festivities. Notice the Zoo & Amphitheater on the way. This IS a fun place!

During the summer on Wednesday mornings there is a flea market featuring fresh fish and produce at the Pier parking area too.

During the summer on Wednesday evenings there are bands, dancing, and local restaurant food trucks at the Pier. AND you are allowed to bring chairs and coolers too. So charming and relaxing. Drive or walk.

Like a hotel, the door locks behind you every time. Upon entry and upon exit. Keep the ELECTRONIC door code on you, or in your car, or memorize the door code if you leave your phone indoors. There is an eel skin key case in the drawer on right side of the stove if you prefer a key. Be sure to replace key case back in the drawer BEFORE final exit.

Smaller dogs allows. But NOT on furniture!
Please use a crate if they are left home alone.

Recently the streets have been repaved, pool refurbished, and fresh exterior paint.

Super Convenient

Location was awesome. So easy to get everywhere. In walking distance of the beach. Condo was clean and well maintained. I took advantage of the pool everyday we were there!

Condo was convenient to restaurants and beach. Everything people needed to stay for four days was available in the condo. Will definitely recommend this condo.

It was great!

We had a wonderful time staying in this ground floor condo with our two dogs. The host was very responsive and helpful. Beautiful location and very close to the beach. Everything worked well in the condo and it was great to have a washer and dryer and two bathrooms. Easy close parking too.

Perfect place for my little family of 3

The Beach at St. Augustine

We enjoyed our stay in St. Augustine. Both the communication and location were excellent and the accomodations were great and just as described. We didn't use the pool so I don't have any comments about that. It was wonderful being in easy walking distance of the beach and restaurants. Our hearts are with the residents of Florida as they face another hurricane.

Close to the beach and quiet!

This condo was perfect for us! Everything we needed was provided. We were very comfortable. It's easy walking distance to the beach and restaurants. We especially appreciated the washer and dryer as we were caught in a rainstorm Sunday night! Also, it was very quiet in the complex! We would definitely stay here again. So convenient!

Great Beach Place

Planning to spend a long beach weekend in St. Augustine, FL. The unit we booked was very good, perfect for the beach, very clean and well equipped. Unfortunately the weather did not cooperate with Hurricane Debby arriving just behind us. But the place was excellent and because it was only a glancing blow, we were able to enjoy great food and a couple of bars downtown. Highly reccomended!

Nice Condo

Nice place. I think you need to leave an extra garbage bag and more than one laundry pod. Liked having beach chairs available. I wasn't expecting a pull out bed to include sleeps 6. My granddaughter and her mother visited one night. They said the second room bed was very hard and uncomfortable but I couldn't say for myself. I liked the location most of all.

St. Augustine Lighthouse

Perfect location to visit St. Augstine and the beach. The unit can use some up dating in the living area. the furniture was uncomfortable. The bedrooms were great and everything was well equipped. Loved having beach chairs. The vent in the master bathroom needs attendind, clogged.

Winter Getaway

First and foremost, let me say communication with the host was far above most. The day before our stay Jeanie called us and told us of a problem identified by a previous tenant and she gave us the option to cancel if we chose to do so. We so appreciated that. Because of our plans we told her we would come. Location was great and the property was well stocked. Our problem was the drip coffee maker. We found it unusable.

Good location close to all amenities including beach. Facility well kept needs little fine tuning. Shower curtains needs cleaning or replacing, bottoms black and molding. Coffee maker needs upgrading , need a keuring machine . Would definitely stay there again. Recommend it !!

Great home away from home!

This property was clean and well stocked. They had plenty of towels and wash clothes. The kitchen had everything we needed. The location was great! A short walk to the beach. Plenty of public parking if you wanted to drive. A reasonable distance from Saint Augustine downtown. Many restaurants to choose from within walking or driving distance. A couple of grocery stores that were 8-10 minutes away. This unit was in a quiet neighborhood that was walking distance to many activities. We would definitely recommend it!

Great little condo! Super clean and comfortable. Jeannie was very gracious to let us know the ddishwasher had to be replaced and asked if we were ok to have it done while we were there. Anyone else would probably have said it was being done and not worry if it inconvenienced us or not. It didn't by the way, he came while we were out exploring the city, other than a nice new dishwasher, we never knew anyone was there! I highly recommend your condo, it felt like a home away from home & not a stuffy motel room!! Thanks!!

Clean & Well Supplied

The apartment was clean and thoughtfully supplied with everything we needed. There were an abundance of towels for both bathrooms. The washer and dryer were a welcomed plus. Access to the apartment was simple with the provided code to the door lock. The short drive to the free parking at the beach was very convenient and we appreciated the beach chairs. There was no one at the pool the evening we went for an enjoyable swim. Both the pool and the area were clean. The king size bed was comfortable, though the mattress did have depressions on both sides and being raised in the center. We would happily stay here again.
