After hours check-outs: Drop off key boxes are available at the Clubhouse entrance or the Security Guard House.

Note that if you check in after 11PM on those days, Wi-Fi will be unavailable until you are checked-in in our system after 7AM.
Office hours:
Effective Sunday, November 7th 2021 and moving forward, Grande Villas Resort will not have a Guest Services attendant between the hours of 11PM and 7AM, Sunday night through Wednesday night. In addition, The Clubhouse building will be locked overnight.

No smoking indoors as well as in the pool and spa area, including electronic cigarettes. Subject to $300 fine.

We are a cashless resort. Upon check-in, each reservation requires a major credit card for a $100 Pre-Authorization.
Construction:
We will be replacing the attic piping of all guest unit buildings from Feb. 22nd through Oct. 8th, 2021. The project will be completed 9am-5pm. Elevator use may be impacted. From June 14th to June 18th, we will be installing new TVs in Buildings 1 and 2. This project will take place 9am to 5pm. Our vendor will need access to units to replace old TVs for roughly 30 min. per TV. In addition, the pool, spa, and playground areas will be closed Sept. 20th to 28th for upgrades.
