Great Area

My husband and I enjoyed exploring the beach in this area. It is a great place for walking. We felt very safe. We really enjoyed the heated pool. Travel to downtown St Augustine is easy. It is a great place to stay!

Nice weekend getaway

Went to St. Augustine for an event and this property was the perfect location for being able to conveniently reach downtown St. Augustine and being just outside the hustle and bustle of it.

Adorable cozy condo!

There was no question where we would stay when visiting St. Augustine for the second time, highly recommend. We love that it’s dog friendly and it’s a great location. Todd is a great host! Hope to be back again next year.

Walking distance to the beach, 2 great pools, very comfortable condo with a good amount of space for us. Dog friendly community, gorgeous sunrises and amazing beach. Nice casual restaurants near by

Love st Augustine

Easy access to beach and restaurants. Easy drive to tourist areas. Car noise is a factor but didnt disturb our relaxation. Sidewalks available.

We stayed for 5 nights and it was the best location we could have picked. For a December visit, we didn't care to be on the beach but having the beach access was definitely nice. Room was very comfortable and any concerns were addressed immediately by Todd. Thanks again Todd.

Washer and dryer were a perk and it wasn’t terribly far from the beach. Everything was clean and it was close to some restaurants. Tv in the living cuts in and out as you watch it. Tv in the bedroom doesn’t even work. Chairs on balcony were cracked and the beach chairs weren’t in the best condition. Common gym was very small and could only hold 2 people at once.
