"This is a pet friendly hotel which we appreciate. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is beach convenient. This is not a fancy hotel, but family friendly and laid back."
"Very well located, breakfast facilities onsite, nice warm pool, room was good with a/c working. I thought housekeeping could be better, the team never seemed to clean our room when we were out & just refreshed towels."
Homewood Suites by Hilton St. Augustine San Sebastian
8/10 Good
"I didn’t like that we had to pay $30 to park. I didn’t like the breakfast eggs. I really expected Hilton to do better. It’s eggs - stop buying the cheapest of everything. Those are my only complaints! So not too bad really lol"
DoubleTree by Hilton St. Augustine Historic District
8/10 Good
"The cleaning staff did a pretty good job, but I did find a hair tie on the floor that wasn’t mine. Big thanks for the bottles of water. The bathroom was too small. The tub height was uncomfortable to get out of for older people. The shower should have a hand held shower head. Even though I shower at bedtime I need to wash my hair to set it in the morning. Very hard task with the stationary shower head. The breakfast was not doable and overpriced. Because of surgery I can eat about 2-3 ounces of food per meal. My husband and I usually share a meal, but nope not at the hotel , $17+ each. We have stayed in a lot of nice hotels with free breakfast. The bar area was a nice place to wind down after a busy day of tourist stuff, husband enjoyed the burgers and fries, staff was great Was a little disappointed that our window view was of the parking lot but was told all rooms have only views of the parking lot. No microwave in the room, big bummer. The bed and pillows were comfortable. I chose the Double Tree by Hilton because of its proximity to the reason we were in St Augustine"
