"It's kind of loud here because it's near a loud intersection. Some guests were also yelling in the evening. The room is very clean and has an updated decor, and the bed is fine. Good pillows.The exterior areas are a bit rough looking, but the staff are very nice and helpful."

"Just ok, really overpriced for what it was at $200 for a night plus deposit for 2 queens. Pool and all common areas and hallways overrun by 11 or 12 year olds in town for a baseball game or tournament playing ding dong ditch on room doors until 1030 at night and beginning again at 9 am. Hot breakfast and coffee good, but the baseball kids AND their parents cut in line and were generally like a wild pack of hyenas. Staff was really friendly, but the constant warning signs all around the property reminding you of rules about parties and quiet time were clearly not in play during our stay. Completely ruined our night away with our 6 year old for his birthday because he couldn't even swim because of it. Not the hotel fault they acted that way, but they would've enforced their own rules to control it. A terrible waste of money in this economy, will not stay again."

"We love staying at this location. It's a great neighborhood, the house is cozy, clean and inviting, and it's nicely decorated. There's a nice little patio where you can sit out and enjoy the weather and a nice backyard. The owner is always very responsive to messages, and always goes above and beyond - even helping us with finding things to do, good places to eat, etc. We have stayed here several times, and we always enjoy coming back again! "
