It’s quite a walk out of town, but it’s very peaceful and beautiful. We were very happy with our accommodations.

Rufflets hotel oozes charm and elegance. The staff are particularly good. We had a slight issue with Wi-fi and they could not have been more apologetic. We were offered an alternative room but my disability prevented my acceptance of the offer. The menu is very good and varied. Altogether we enjoyed our stay very much and would go back there again.

Enjoyed a quiet, relaxing couple of nights, in a traditional setting with a positive ambience. Staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful, even providing items we had forgotten to pack. Service at breakfast was particularly slow the first morning, but better on the second.

Overall this hotel is nice enough but is missing the wow factor which the main hotels in St Andrew has. Very poor service in the bar, we had to go and search for the barman. Certain areas of the hotel needs dim TLC, a bit dated. Overpriced for what we received.

Peaceful lovely estate with beautiful gardens. Fabulous breakfast and dinner. However the ambience at dinner could be improved. The lights were extremely bright and it ruined the mood, which was unfortunate because the food was excellent.
