The house comes with a driveway for two cars, a spacious open plan living room/dining area and modern kitchen, brand new shower room and private rear garden. The master bedroom contains a double bed, with a further two bedrooms each with twin singles. Suitable for families, holiday-makers and golfers alike. Guests will have full access to the property. Smoking is not permitted within the property except in the garden area. I expect all guests to respect the property and our neighbours. Pets are allowed for a small fee.
