The open plan living area features a wood-burning fire, dining table and fully equipped kitchen. The property is detached and has ample on-street free parking directly outside. The accommodation layouts are as follows: Ground Floor - Large living area and a fully equipped kitchen and dining table. Shower room/WC and utility room with washing machine. First Floor - 1 double bed with storage. 1 twin room. Family bathroom with bathtub. Plenty of storage available. Garden Store - there is a separate dry store in the garden area for storing golf clubs and shoes.
