The staff were fantastic, so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Room was spacious and the addition of a safe was great. I would definitely stay here again. The location was perfect and there was a free car park next door.

Great central location and good value
We stayed for one night as we were meeting friends for dinner at a restaurant nearby. There is free parking right beside the hotel which is a real bonus in St Andrews. The staff were friendly, and the room was comfortable. There was a great choice for breakfast which was included. We would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed my stay here. Staff were always helpful. Breakfast was fine, but kitchen burnt toast, let guests make own toast. Room walls do not absorb sound from corridor or adjacent rooms so can get disturbed. Wi-Fi hookup difficult, access via browser should not be required.

Great location over a pub. The room was large and comfortable. The floor was wooden and very creaky so sleep was difficult. The pub was great and the staff amazing!

Convenient. Could use some updates. Ok restaurant.
The staff was super friendly and helpful throughout our 5 day stay. The room itself was a good size! The bathroom was on the smaller side and very little counter space. The bed was firm. Typical small pillows. Just 2 complaints. 1) Even though the property was non smoking, our room smelled like cigarettes. 2) The hallway was super noisy and all the doors to the individual rooms do not close quietly so we heard everyone on our floor coming and going. We ate at the restaurant 2 times. Would have been more but the kitchen closes early!

Excellent location and btrakfast
Great location and excellent service. Although above a hotel, it was a very quiet hotel. We had a great night’s sleep both nights. This hotel is located right in the centre of St Andrew’s with the shopping and restaurant areas immediately accessible. The breakfasts were great - best pastries we’ve had and a cooked to order hot meal with a really great range of offerings.

The owner and staff are exceptional. The room was clean and comfortable. There is a nice pub with food service on site and free parking next door. Easy 5 minute walking distance to St. Andrew's Golf Course. Stayed 2 nights here and definately recommend!

St Andrews stay
Good hotel but noisey floorboards in rooms made sleeping difficult when guests walked in above and adjoining rooms. Hotel closing for refurbishment later this month.

Hotel furniture is a little worn and the wifi is wonky. The people who work here are amazingly kind and helpful. That is the best part.
