"The location and price were great. A free public parking lot was down the street. The 18th green of St. Andrews is a 3-minute walk away! The Dunvegan Bar was located right next door. Breakfast was included and made to order by a delightful young lady who was very personable. The room was adequate in size and comfortable. The only negatives would be the tiny shower and lack of sound proofing between rooms. I'd stay there again."

"This property is ideally located to the center of town and the golf course. It is also walkable from the bus station. The room was clean and serviceable with the staff (off-site) being responsive to inquiries.The double bed is a little tiny."

"Perfect position right in town. Lots of space although the second bedroom is a little tight. We had to leave our suitcase out in the lounge area as it didn’t fit in the bedroom. Main bedroom a good size and both bathrooms were small but perfect and really clean. Everything else was great, lots of little extras like coffee pods, cleaning products etc."

Having a dedicated lounge area made unwinding after a day out exploring an absolute pleasure If you are looking for world-class Scottish hospitality, spectacular coastal views, and total relaxation, this property delivers in every possible way. The estate itself is breath-taking. Walking along the coastal paths surrounding the two championship golf courses offered some of the best views in St Andrews."
