The ground floor comprises a bedroom which can be configured as twins or one large double. Upstairs on the first floor is the open-plan living area boasting a small, contemporary kitchen fitted with high-end Smeg appliances and a smart TV, perfect for relaxing after a busy day of exploring or golfing. There is also a modern stand-alone bathroom and a second bedroom, which can be arranged as a single bed or a neat, small double.

If you have a larger party, up to 8 people, 13 Crail's Lane (sleeps 4) can be rented alongside the property next door, 11 Crail's Lane (sleeps 5) for a perfect group stay

And if you don't like golf, fine, St Andrews is a cool little town.
