This property in Winnipeg absolutely exceeds my expectations for the best customer service. Every staff member I spoke with went over and above to accommodate my needs. The property is very clean, organized, and the staff place a very high priority on being friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking updated clean, quiet and super comfortable accommodations. "

"Hotel has a good facility. Our kids enjoy the pool and the room has ample space. I just wish the bar/lounge stays open longer or atleast update the front desk of operating hours. Upon checked in, we were told bar is open till 12midnight, but when we went down 11:15pm they were closed at 11pm. "
