The staff were lovely. Food was fab Villiage was a short walk away. The only downside was the sofa bed was very uncomfortable for 2 to sleep on . Id dedo use this hotel again though

This is a nice hotel. We were able to park our car easily, and they had a good breakfast. The hotel was also calm and quiet.

Nice hotel for quick stop over a little noisy as next to motorway but it was only my husband this bothed my son and myself slept well. Breakfast was busy on the sunday morning could of done with more. The rooms were a little warm there was air con which worked nicely but there was a light on the console which was annoying. We stayed as we were visiting warner bros studio’s so worked well for this and was a nice hotel overall.

Highly surprised
First time staying at a Holiday Inn and i must say i was pleasantly surprised. Started with an immaculately clean car park, booking in was a breeze completed by really friendly reception staff. They were also helpful with Inn guidance for local places to eat. Got into the lift to second floor corridors were really clean key card into a really pleasant room it was neat tidy and clean with a quite nice fresh smell. My first experience with Holiday Inn but certainly not my last

only needed one night stay between along commute, Couldn't adjust room temperature, room was cold. thermostat would let you turn up heat but nothing would change. good food and facilities. sadly bad sleep due to drama of other customer issues and police involved

It s convenient if you drive there. Car park is sufficient. Location is very good and just beside the retail park. Good for shopping. Room is very clean, size with comfortable bed and nice sofa setting. Restaurant is only open for breakfast. Must dine out somewhere before return to the hotel. No restaurant at retail park too. The Reception lady we encountered was cool and less patience. If this can be improved, it should be an excellent hotel.

Terrible experience! Rude staff and extremely unhelpful. There isn’t enough characters for me to write what a horrific experience I have had but I will briefly write what has happened. I was given a broken iron, told by Jess that it is working, I explained to her that it is the iron itself that is broken as water is leaking out and the whole metal bit at the bottom is detached to which she rolled her eyes and disregarded what I was telling her. Staff are extremely rude. Jess in particular, rolled her eyes at me whilst I was speaking to her and giving me attitude. I don’t understand how someone like that is allowed to work in a hotel! Absolutely terrible customer service and interpersonal skills. This was literally the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Will definitely warn others to stay away! 👎
