Sri Soumyakeshave Swamy Temple Tours and Activities

From the moment we arrived in our room, there was a strong cigarette smell, which made the room very unpleasant. The air conditioning was also not working throughout our stay, making the experience even more uncomfortable. The bathroom had visible mould, and the water flooded throughout the bathroom when we used it. Overall, the room was not maintained to an acceptable standard, and the experience was extremely disappointing and certainly not value for money. The only solution offered by the hotel was to change rooms, but by that point it was too late and did not resolve the inconvenience we had already experienced. Unfortunately, this was a very poor experience, and I would not recommend this hotel.

Each and every member of staff from top to bottom have been amazing and this is the reason we will return here to stay
