From the moment we arrived in our room, there was a strong cigarette smell, which made the room very unpleasant. The air conditioning was also not working throughout our stay, making the experience even more uncomfortable.
The bathroom had visible mould, and the water flooded throughout the bathroom when we used it. Overall, the room was not maintained to an acceptable standard, and the experience was extremely disappointing and certainly not value for money.
The only solution offered by the hotel was to change rooms, but by that point it was too late and did not resolve the inconvenience we had already experienced.
Unfortunately, this was a very poor experience, and I would not recommend this hotel.

If you do not have a WiFi - this place will not be a suitable place for you. Terrible network connectivity in Bangalore city. Food in restaurant and breakfast was just ok and not like other Lalit in other cities. People were good and place was also good. But these things if taken care of, the experience would have been better.

"Room was not clean. Worn out furniture in the room. Back started hurting because of worn out bed. Thought Ashoka hotels were good. We left the hotel after the first night though our reservation was for three nights. Didn’t get the refund for the nights we didn’t stay at the hotel."
