"Great value for area. Is about 30 minute drive to Arches Park Entrance. Clean, really appreciated the stocked kitchen(dishes, utensils)with sink and fridge. No oven, but does have microwave. Very comfortable bed and good pressure/hot shower! So welcome after full days hiking or mountain biking!! Easy check in/check out with attendant in office/store nearby. "

"We had a great time. This was perfect for my two kids and I. It was very clean and had all the essentials. The coffee was delicious in the mornings. The bathrooms and showers we use daily and they were always clean. We will stay here again, however I would recommend upgrading the queen bed to a little bit nicer mattress. After a few days, it was a little painful."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The deck is wonderful! Enjoyed the clean grill and gas firepit. Kitchen was well equipped and bed was comfy. As others stated, it is on the highway and a lot of road noise. We survived just fine. We liked it and would go back."

"Super clean, welcoming and cozy. It was perfect for us and our two dogs. Quiet, beautiful views and outside of the busy area and only 7 minutes to get to where the action is. Cute Southwest decor and comfortable bed. There is nothing the hosts didn’t think of. We really appreciated the coffee maker and coffee!"
