Loved the atmosphere and the hospitality of our host! Highly recommend to anyone who wants to get off the beaten path and enjoy God’s creation among the mountains!
This is our second time staying with Ken and we absolutely love it. He and his mom are such kind people and share their land so that others can intimately experience Moab and the red rock.
We will continue to visit.
My son and I loved our stay here! The beds were super comfy, stars at night were amazing, enjoyed coffee in the morning with Kenneth. Great host and fabulous location if you are looking to get away for a little while.
This stay was an exceptional experience for our family. We really enjoyed the calm evening next to the firepit without any service, and the town was far away from the place. The night's sleep was great, and the beds are super comfy ;)
We had an awesome adventure. The host was great enjoyed a cup of joe, some squirrel and chipmunk feeding and great conversation on the way out. The property is gorgeous and Kenneth obviously takes pride in the spot. Thank you, I mean you pass petroglyphs on the way to the site. Come on!

Gorgeous property. Kenneth and his mother were so kind, helpful and accommodating. They had everything that we needed and everything was so clean and comfortable. The drive down the mountain was a bit scary, so make sure you drive a good car. The property was absolutely perfect!!!
We had an absolutely wonderful stay in the Glamping Tent going in with the right mindset about what to expect...wish we could have stayed longer!
We even left with a great recommendation from the host for a little town to stop and visit on our way back up north to the airport!
We didn’t quite realize how far in the canyon we’d be. The drive to the property was more technical and bumpy than we anticipated, but once we were there it was totally worth it! Beautiful night sky, s’mores around our personal fire pit and a shower under the stars. It was great for my family to be able to disconnect from devices and reconnect to each other during our stay. Kenneth was helpful and accommodating. My girls loved feeding the animals with him in the morning. Truly a unique experience overall!

Unique location. Very remote.
Great communication with the owner.
A five star review isn't enough to convey what a wonderful three nights we had. Host Ken and his mom, and this beautiful property deserve the same number of stars you will sleep under each night!

I can not say enough about our stay. My whole family enjoyed this part of our trip so much. The peaceful area, beauty of the canyon and tranqulity mixed with having a shower and bathroom were amazing. Ken and his mother do such an amazing job. We will be back!!
Definitely arrive before dark and 4 wheel drive recommended. We had an interesting drive into the valley at night and it was pretty scary not being able to see what was coming.
Such a nice host, beautiful property, and lovely space to sleep and hang out. We only had one night but would have loved to stay longer to enjoy it more!
The location of this tent is in an amazingly beautiful valley surrounded by gorgeous views of the rock formations. I would say the views are equal to any found in Arches NP.
The host was very responsive to all my questions and was available to greet us on arrival. He took great care to make sure the tent was perfect for our arrival.
Please know though you really do need a high clearance vehicle- preferably 4 wheel drive - to get to the site. While technically it sits only about 10ish miles outside of Moab, most of that are unimproved “roads” that you can go no more than about 10 mph. You really want to arrive before dark.
Would highly recommend!
Just like all the other reviews - was our favorite stop in our tour through South Dakota, Wyoming, Utah, and Colorado. Our family is not the camping kind and I booked this on a whim. The wife was nervous as we drove into the canyon and through the dusty one lane winding road to our camp site.
The amenities were as advertised. Beds super comfortable. Tent was clean. Shower was hot and so unique to use while looking at the sky. We will be back - most likely with another couple or family to book both tents!
Unlike anything you may experience again! The setting is magnificent and the quiet and peacefulness ( and the stars!) make you question your life choices. The host is warm and helpful. He made my mornings by offering fantastic coffee ! The beds were very comfortable and a shower under the open sky is a great experience. You do need to be prepared for a rather extraordinary drive out of Moab. The scenery is incredible and the drive is heart pounding over a dirt road pass. Do your best to arrive in daylight and bring your food and needs with you. We had our 9 year old grandson with us on a 12 day trip and our time here was the highlight in his eyes.

Kenneth is an incredibly gracious host. He welcomed us as friends. We had the double queen tent and loved the view and the bathroom setup in the rocks. This place is amazing.
A word of caution to those who expect “glamping” to be as comfortable as a motel. We were there in early July and it was super hot and stayed hot most of the night. The road to the site was rough and I don’t advise it for most cars. We made it in a van but I don’t know that it was a good idea.
Overall, even with the heat and the rough road, we loved our time there and are thankful Kenneth shared his special place with us.
