"The kitchen stove top and floor had not been cleaned. The left exterior side of the refrigerator was filthy. The living room wasn't properly vacuumed, evidenced by a pill (a former tenant's medication) in full view from the sofa, where I was seated. There were used cotton swabs on the floor by the TV, and an opened condom wrapper on the floor next to the bed (no condom within). By the way, my husband and I are in our 70s so have no need for a condom! The smoke detector had been ripped off the wall, leaving a hole which was stuffed with paper or white fabric."

"The house was very clean and had everything we needed to make our stay pleasant. We had surgery at BROC and the close proximity of the house was a big plus!!"

"Felt safe with the overall location since the location is tucked away from the main road. The effort put in to decorating the space is nice and the spiral staircase was a cool plus you don’t normally see. Would definitely stay again if needed."

"The house itself is great, and very spacious!Ken was a cordial host and we appreciated his efforts to help make us comfortable during our stay.However, the home was not cleaned out of his person possessions, i.e, closets, pantry and refrigerator and freezers! All were very full of a lot of things!I did ask for the refrigerator and freezer to be emptied and he did it for us, but it was very awkward being in a bedroom full of others things.He did heat the pool for us which we enjoyed very much! I just don’t k ow if he was familiar with VRBO policies fully yet."
