"We found the hotel excellent; the staff were very helpful and quite friendly (some reviews said otherwise but we met several people working there and all were great)
We got the smallest room; which was quite small for two people but very clean and with nice furniture comfortable bed and new bathroom, good AC etc.
Breakfast was very nice and relaxing. The public spaces are really lovely. We took our time leaving each morning because it was so inviting.

"This beautiful property set in the Umbrian countryside is the ideal base for exploring the gorgeous hill towns of Umbria. The rooms are large and elegant with balconies overlooking the pool and gardens with beautiful trees in the foreground and villages and churches beyond. "Very friendly with beautiful garden and all necessities. Older farm but recently renovated. Close to several shops and restaurants, highway, Spoleto, Asissi, and Perugia AIrport. Ettore is an excellent host and took care of any ground keeping, pool maintenance etc. We would love to stay there again!"

"Loved this place! So peaceful and relaxing, yet still within driving distance to nearby towns and great excursions. Federico and Abigail were incredibly welcoming and accommodating.
Breakfast was light but fresh and healthy—croissants, homemade fruit cakes, fresh juices, a variety of coffees, even some homemade cheese.
We especially appreciated the "honesty bar" with its nice selection of wines. We enjoyed a few glasses out on the terrace and in the cozy living room.
Highly recommend if you're looking for a relaxing getaway with thoughtful hosts."
