"This place was a gem!!! We got off at the wrong train stop and had to get a taxi. The taxi driver called the hotel a couple as he was unfamiliar with the area and Lucretzia was more than helpful! She met us down the hill where the taxi driver dropped us and helped with our bags! She was amazing. The courtyard was a million dollar view and we enjoyed our breakfasts and evening wine there. Lucretzia also helped making reservations at a delightful restaurant that evening. The room was charming and very clean. We had a very relaxing stress free experience here and would definitely come back!"

It has a great restaurant for all meals, breakfast cold buffet selection is very high quality. Pastries are exceptional, bread options could be better."

"If you are looking for a quiet, character stay, this is the place. A beautiful estate high in the Umbrian mountains. Wonderful place to get away from crowds and traffic. I was here a month and was treated well. Whenever I needed something, the caretaker was great... even on his weekends off. Wifi was temperamental but I learned where to sit to get the best signal. :) Grazie mille Lorenzo and Lino."

"Good location in Spoleto with adequate parking. Room was quickly made up— items like soap missing and floor was not dusted. Few outlets and desk staff sometimes just not there but when present, they were helpful. It’s more of a business meeting place."
