We may have just had bad luck but we got a room that a dog had pretty much destroyed. Urine stains on the side of the mattress and carpet. Pet hair even though they had tried to vacuum. Best Western Courtview Hotel
Front door would hardly open. Furniture hard, toilet to short. Hard hard time with tv coming on . No paper towels, only 2 glasses one tall the other glass short. Not enough lighting throughout the rooms.
