We game to our grandson's state hockey championship so we were exhausted and loved having a very clean, nice, and comfortable place to stay! The hot tub was clean and nice as well. We will be back next year...we hope!
I was in town visiting my daughter at University of Oregon and this place is well located to everything. The place is perfectly stocked with everything you would need. The hot tub was a nice addition to unwind! Logan was very responsive and informational with anything needed. Definitely will stay here again!! Thanks!!
We were very pleased by our trip to Oregon, and our stay at the Northbank Loft. Logan was a very accommodating and attentive host for the time leading up to and during our stay. The Loft was a perfect little set up for two. Very clean and comfortable and in the perfect location for everything we were wanting to do. The neighborhood was nice and quiet as well. We would stay here again!
Great stay for move-in week at UO (and the Duck-Buff game!). Quiet neighborhood and an easy mile walk to Autzen (avoid the parking hassles). Hot tub was a nice feature. Perfect sized property with everything we needed. Really couldn’t have asked for more. Logan was an awesome host - very responsive and gave great restaurant and activity suggestions! Will look to stay here again for future UO trips. Thanks Logan!
Not only would we stay here again, we would highly recommend to friends and family. Easy. Everything about this place was easy. Check-in. Location. These owners have put a lot of thought into the entire set-up, Nespresso coffee, instant oatmeal, popcorn, the list goes on… comfy bed with nice linens. Robes! Loved it!
A very pleasantly appointed Vrbo with a hot tub I was too busy to use (bummer!). The space was not crowded with kitschy stuff, very clean, including every corner, no hidden dust or cobwebs, no fur under the bed and just the right sized kitchen.
Otherwise, close to everything I needed. I didn’t do any cooking and just brought in take-out. The deck and outdoor space looks like a great place to relax in the warmer Months. I’ll probably be back!
This property was perfect for our one-night stay. We were in town for a track meet and needed accommodations for one extra night. The property was in a nice little neighborhood, with parking available in the driveway. Everything was clean with cute decor! Downstairs had a little kitchenette area and small living room, while upstairs had a large bedroom area with a bed, sitting area with couch, and the bathroom. The property shared a laundry area with the nextdoor property. It was a good-fit space to relax for the evening, before getting up for our morning flight. Thanks for having us!
The loft was perfect for our weekend visiting UO and attending a football game. Very comfy bed and linens. Streaming on the TV worked perfectly. Bathroom and kitchen were both well stocked with all the necessities. Loved the tiny dishwasher for fast cleanups. Fridge/Freezer was big enough to hold food and drinks for the weekend. The hot tub was heated and ready when we arrived. Parking is easy. Host was very responsive to questions and gave us all the info we needed to insure a great visit. In a very nice and quiet neighborhood that is short drivable distances to anything you may need. Walkable to Autzen....however you may want to avoid walking across the freeway bridge by parking across the bridge at the Kaiser bldg...it's only $20 on game days and a slightly shorter walk to Autzen. I wouldn't recommend trying to cross the bridge on foot after dark due to lower visibility. FYI...There is one flight of stairs that go up to the bedroom (this is not mentioned in the listing.) All in all a great stay...definitely hope to stay there again when visiting UO. Now I want a Nespresso machine!
This place is amazing! So clean with incredible details to make sure everything was perfect for my stay. Communication with Logan was superb and I felt like I had stumbled onto one of THE best vacation home rentals. You will love it! And I will be back!!!
This is my 2nd stay at this address...1st time in the Riverside retreat and this time in the Loft. Bith experiences have been wonderful! The hosts are excellent in communicating and doing all they can to make the stay as stressfree as possible. Both units are very clean, warm and inviting. I would highly recommend these hosts and will definitely look to stay here again in the future.
Such a great stay, host was amazing. We loved just about everything about the place. Only Negative: Listing said there was a remote for the awning, the remote was not there and the awning was left open. Instructions were to not leave the awning open over night or when not present due to wind or rain and to recess it. It took about 20 minutes to hand crank it closed, very unfortunate. Would stay again and highly recommend.
Had a great backyard and the hot tub was very nice! The space was great. The only complaint I have is that the deck was very icy and slippery in the mornings as the boards seem pretty smooth, but that resolved itself after a couple hours!
Very cute place. Kitchen is a mini but able to have dinners at home. Hot tub was great. Only complaint really is no bbq pit. Owner was easy to reach. Thanks Logan.

Everything from booking to checkout was amazing. I’ve never felt so compelled to write a review before - the owner was so communicative and helpful. The first night, we could not locate the cutlery after ordering food so I reached out. Within a matter of hours, he had a brand new cutlery set delivered to the property.
The advertised hot tub worked exactly as it should, and was super easy to use, a great way of unwinding at the end of the day.
Everything inside the house was exactly as advertised, and even more impressive. The neighborhood was great, and extremely accessible to all the main roads you would need to have get where you need to get in Eugene and beyond.
I particularly loved the suggestion chalkboard they gave for drinks, activities, and food, and we tried several of them and they were excellent.
I chose the VRBO based on its photos, location, price, and Nespresso, and I was pleasantly surprised by how much larger it felt and spa-ish it was! I used it as a place to study before a large exam and couldn’t have chosen better. I have more exams in the future (they are proctored in Eugene) and will definitely come back here!
I highly recommend it! Quiet, comfortable, and relaxing!
Touring University of Oregon. Great spot! Clise to campus. Quiet, safe neighborhood. I was gonna bring pups but Eugene was experiencing an odd heat wave and changed my mind. Air conditioning a PLUS! We will stay again! Host fantastic, super responsive and easy process all around. ❤️
