Sports complex w/ Hot Tub located near Scheels Sports Park and Lincolns home!

Guests enjoy having the Hot Tub to themselves with the worlds oldest continuously operating skatepark, a batting cage and a golf simulator on the first floor. All are for their private use upon reservation, and only minutes from Scheels!

We are less than 9 minutes from the new Scheels Sports Park in traffic! The normal drive time is only about 6 minutes!!!

Downtown is a 2 minute drive, the State Fair Grounds are a 10 minute drive and the airport is only 15 minutes away! We offer Free parking in our lot and on the street.

Christmas Fun

This was perfect for us! Plenty of beds and space. Kids enjoyed the indoor skate park, pool table and hot tub. Great memories. Our host, George was just awesome. We hope to return next year!

One of a Kind!!

If you are a skater this is where you want to stay!! Plenty of beds. Vintage record collection, video games and a pool table! Clean.

Great for Kids

This property had plenty of things to keep a group of high school students entertained. They loved the pool table, record player, arcade games, and more. They were engaged with each other. The TV and phones were forgotten!

Family of nine, Vacation

The owner met us at the property and helped us carry our bags in. He was very nice and checked in with us throughout our week stay. Our kids in their 20s and our 9 yr old granddaughter loved the skate park, the hot tub and the video games. The house held us all comfortably. He has black raspberries growing along the building and said we were welcome to pick them, which we loved doing each morning of our stay. Everyone said they’d love to come back again. Thank you George for everything.
Kitchen table and countertop gave everyone a place to sit and eat, plus we played cards at night. Lots of good restaurants near by.
This room had a record player, game machine with all the games from 80s, 90s. It even had Atari games, space invaders, donkey Kong country. TV had all the streaming abilities.
We had my daughter and her husband and newborn plus my two sons and my daughter in law in this room, and no complaints. They had a great time.
I picked all of those in 10 minutes, there were so many of them.

Perfect

I picked this place because of the skate park and it was everything my boys and I needed it to be. George is a great host and made feel at home and addressed any issues or questions we had. George shared the history of his place and the surround town with us which made us live it even more. Hot tub is well maintained and was very comfortable to sit in. The air conditioning was perfect for the 100 degree weather we encountered. My boys and I will definitely be returning.
