The only time I spoke with staff was really during check in. She was polite and respectful. The hotel was clean. The breakfast was good. When we were eating breakfast and before we left I noticed that the person working front desk kept going outside to smoke. People were looking for the front desk person but she was still outside. Otherwise it was great.

She offered great advice on local sites, restaurants and answered my queries with great enthusiasm. I missed her on her days off! So glad she was at the front desk the day I checked in! The staff was very friendly and helpful. My room was clean and it was very quiet. The bed was ok, the mattress was a little on the hard side but not bad. I would stay here again if I’m ever in Jacksonville.
