"Pictures and description were accurate. Owner very nice, but procedures could have been more forthcoming. Beds, pillows and towels were excellent. Window AC was below average in sweltering heat and not the best. Nice seating and tables, just small. When there was an issue, owner was on top of it. Overall positive stay. 2 BR cheaper than 2 hotel rooms. "

"The host was marvelous. She had the site set up nicely. It was clean. She had plenty of towels and wash clothes. Very well done A few complaints, some of the neighborhood residents were asking for money. That was annoying. The parking was difficult on some days. I expressed all of this to the host, and she said they are working on improvements."

"We came to DC to enjoy the Cherry Blossom trees in bloom & see the history of our nation. We took Ubers to the National Mall & the Zoo which only took minutes to get to & from. The property was delightful, bright, comfortable. We stayed a week & never had problems. Since we flew there from NM, we didn’t have a cutting knife to use for the kitchen so that would be my only suggestion to supply one. Thank you for a great experience!"

"It was nice to have a clean, modern place to stay that is walking distance to Brookland, where my daughter lives. Hotels are not close to her so this was an excellent alternative. Modern appliances, great shower, and comfortable bed were a definite plus. The building and apartment are secure with codes locks. "
