Beautiful house, tons of fun stuff (game rooms downstairs), extremely rugged and scenic neighborhood (hills, dirt roads, the works). Come here for a great country getaway in NWA!

Great place , very spacious .
The only downside is that only the master bedroom has its own bathroom assigned
The property is located in an area that affords privacy and access to outdoor activities. Great for families who want to connect and enjoy time together.
From the beginning of the booking to the end of the stay, it was Awesome. Friendly and professional, the house was beautiful and had everything we needed! Plan to book again in the future!
The Abbott's
We had a short stay for just a couple of days for an a capella competition in Fayetteville and the house was beautiful! Everything was spotless and the house was a lot bigger than expected and a lot nicer than the photos. The management was excellent with very quick responses to all the questions we had about the property. The only downside for us was that it was fairly far to downtown Fayetteville but it is the perfect secluded lake getaway!
While we enjoyed our stay at your beautiful home here are some notes:
We enjoyed the accommodations and the home was very spacious. It was very quiet and felt very secluded after 8pm. Things to note about our stay sent to Host. Don’t want to post here.
Awesome property that lived up to its billing. Wonderful home that was perfectly appointed and had plenty to offer everyone. Fishing from the lakeshore was great, with plenty of room to play.
This was a lovely property with great bedrooms for spreading out and splitting up for sleeping arrangements. We had combined families to celebrate my parent’s 50th wedding anniversary. The kitchen was large enough for us to cook each meal in. Because the weather was perfect, we spent a lot of time next to and in the water simply relaxing. Note that there are 3 kayaks and my nephews thoroughly enjoyed them. The grass in the water area was well kept and the fire pits were lovely though we didn’t get to use them during this trip. Each part of the family enjoyed their stay and will keep this VRBO in our list of favorites for the future. Note that because of the terrain and being close to the water the road to the property was pretty rough in a couple of spots and there was some wash out around the driveway area to be aware of when going outdoors. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. It was even better than expected!
Quiet setting, everything well supplied.
The only thing I would suggest is that you check the description of the property provided online and make sure it has been updated. It showed 4 bathrooms with 4 showers but it was only 3.5 baths which through plans for our crew off a little bit.
Also, you may want to ask about what kind of bbq grills they have. For our stay they had a very small charcoal grill and a huge one (the huge one was pretty nasty) and they also had a pellet grill.
Main thing is to ASK about these things -- response time on any question I had was INCREDIBLE!!
Great set up and YES I would recommend for a group stay.
