"The property was exactly as pictured and described--and very clean! The host was easy to communicate with and very kind. The home had everything we needed for our short stay. The surrounding neighborhood was peaceful and safe. We rented this home over a weekend we visited friends/family at University of South Carolina, and would recommend others do the same. Much more comfortable and more affordable the most hotels in the area. Easy drive to campus! Highly recommend!"

"This hotel is a real dive! Very disorganized front desk - they tried to give me a smaller room than I paid for - then put me on the third floor which is smoking - and no elevator. The outside had a lot of cig bits and empty alcohol bottles. Outside doors did not latch so no security. Finally, the mattress was flipped to the spring side- who only knows why. DO NOT believe the 5 star reviews - they have to be FAKE!"
