"Parking too expensive especially for overnight if paying hundreds of dollars to stay parking should at least be free. $12 for internet just for one night crazyyy imagine having to stay for a month and you have to do work also the pool being permanently closed is a no no, no microwave. If you’re thinking of staying call ahead don’t just look at what they put on the website."

"The breakfast was terrible and cost too much for what was put out. The water pressure of the shower was a slow drip. I complained and nothing was done about it. Will not be returning. "

"The room and hotel was great . The location was perfect. I had got in a car accident and had to stay last minute at the hotel . The reason I gave low stars is because the guest service staff charged my card a 1129$ hold . The room was prepaid through Expedia and I was only to pay a 100$ incidental fee. But he made a “oppise” as he said . FOR $1,029!!!! Thank God I still had fund to get my car together and keep going . But if that was my last that was a horrible mistake and NOTHING was done no accommodations nothing. I would stay at the hotel again this isn’t my first time at the property I just wish they would slow down and be more accommodating when mistakes are made ."

They went out of their way to make sure I had a quiet room which I had requested, My five day stay was completely enjoyable. I do not have one complaint. I will continue to use this hotel and recommend in the future. If you’re going to be staying in the airport hotel area I would highly recommend Sonesta Select."
