"Excellent service at the front desk! I had a tricky situation with a traveling companion and the lady working was so kind, patient, and professional. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable. I was traveling with 2 friends so we loved having the “living space” in our room plus the kitchen and island to eat at. We chose this hotel because it’s walkable to the Civic Center, and that was really convenient. I definitely recommend staying here. "
