"Overall the house was clean and well kept. The outdoor area in the back needs updating. The canopy top is tearing off and banging in the wind, and pool interior could be better maintained. Lots of pigeons in the area and they land on the hot tub, so that makes keeping things clean a challenge "

"Staff was friendly and efficient on check in and out. The room was perfect for our needs. The pool and hot tub were the best -- open in December and heated so we could have comfortable swims. Will definitely stay again!"

"Fernway was one of the best stays in Vegas that I have ever had! I needed a place that was big enough to hold five adults, with at least one bedroom downstairs. The house upon arrival, IMMACULATE. It was spacious, clean, and beautiful. The hot tub, amazing! The backyard, fantastic! As I mentioned to the owners of the property, if I had one complaint, it’s that there is no grass area for my pups, which, I am not about to give lower than a five star rating for. To be completely honest with you, it was most likely my fault that I didn’t notice that in the pictures because I was too mesmerized by the photos. All in all, a 10/10! Would recommend and would definitely book again! Thank you Fernway! "
