"This property is a 3 star hotel on its best day. This hotel does have a certain charm, but that is negated by an overall sense that the hotel is very lacking in a regular cleaning schedule. In fact, in the three days I was there I did not see one single person doing any cleaning anywhere, not on the guest floor and not in the main areas. The room did not feel adequately clean, especially the bathroom. The towels are thin and one of them had a hole in it. I will add that the staff is very nice and friendly. Regardless of the helpful staff, I would not choose this hotel again."

"I arrived about 55 minutes before checkin time and was charged an extra $20 just to get into my room which was ready. That is ridiculous. There were several families with children staying at the hotel, myself included with a child. To have next to zero food options to take the family to on property was poor. I ordered carry out from the sports bar and when I went to get it with my 5 year old, the man at the host stand told me my FIVE year old could stay up front in a corner and I could walk to the kitchen and get the food. Excuse me? I asked him to have the food brought to the front - like any normal carry out restaurant does without having to ask - and he was more than irritated. Who tells a parent to leave their young child alone? "

"While this was a good location, this was not the experience we were hoping for. Listed as one of the bedrooms having two beds. It does not. One is a Japanese mattress that is under the bed. When you pull it out, you can’t open the door to the bedroom. The bathroom downstairs is scary. Cold, dark and very dungeon like. The dishwasher was broken and the kitchen is quite tiny. We had our whole family there and it was a tough space for us. Only one real usable tiny bathroom. I will say, communication with the property manager was immediate and excellent. For a small crew, this would be fine but would not recommend this for groups larger than 4 people. "
