"My family and I traveled with our pets. The facility was very pet friendly. We were greeted by a friendly host upon arrival. Our room was clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast served was nice, hot, and fresh daily. Plenty of places to eat near by. Gas station and freeways within close proximities. This was a very convenient location. I would definitely stay here again. "

"Kevin was fantastic as a host. The house was clean and has a friendly environment. It is car dependent but little to no traffic to the places we went. Appreciate Kevin allowing us to check in early. The pool and backyard were amazing. "

"The house we rented for two nights was initially unclean, with visible dirt and body hair in the bathroom and kitchen was not cleaned, generally unsanitary. Given the rental price, the property’s condition was below expectations. This caused us to be late for an event as we had to address the issue with the owner. The owner was defensive, insisting they had cleaned the house themselves, despite clear evidence otherwise, and confirmed they do not use a professional cleaning company. After direct communication, the owner cleaned the property that evening, and the second night was acceptable. The poor first impression and defensive response was disappointing and insulting. We requested a refund for the first night due to the inconvenience, but the owner refused to provide one."

"We rented this home to celebrate our daughter's graduation from college in San Diego. The accommodations were suitable for 10 of us. The house was clean. The beds were not the most comfortable and some of the finnishes in the home were low grade. The placement of sleeping quarters was a little unorthodox. The kitchen was so so not a lot of tools to work with, but that was ok for us. There is no yard or a place to barbecue or for kids to play. But again, that was okay with us. There is plenty of parking. The real gem of this house is the owner. He was super accommodating and attentive. You could tell that he wanted us to have a great stay. And overall, we did. Would definitely recommend this space for a family that basically needs a place to stay while they are in the area. 4 overall experience, I gave 5 stars.."
