Clean room, new carpet in halls and room, marble bathroom, staff was friendly, very good breakfast in their restaurant (added cost), valet parking available (we always use it at this hotel).

Steam Plant Hotel Spokane, an Ascend Collection Hotel
Check in was extremely simple, rooms had all the basics you'd expect. broken body wash dispenser and the housecleaning was not as frequent as hoped. Best perk was the free breakfast at a nearby restaurant.
