Advertised as 2 bedroom 4 bed apartment - one bedroom had a double bed - no room to walk around bed as bed took the whole room, second bedroom was a kids box room with one single bed - double couch in kitchen - you could brush your teeth whilst sitting on the toilet!

False advertising - avoid this rental

Completely false advertising. The apartment was not shown in any of the 72 pictures. It was NOT located in old town and the address was just a meeting point where we met someone who walked us out of old town to a different location. It smelled badly of cigarettes and was extremely old.

予約時に記入されていた住所と違う場所の部屋だった。オーナーともなかなか連絡が取れず、チェックインまで時間がかかった。禁煙ダブルルームを予約したがとても狭いシングルベッドが二つのタバコ臭い部屋だった。 用意された部屋は写真とは全く違いキッチンは料理できない狭いスペースだった。

Quiet apartment close to Split Centre

Despite arriving very late evening I was met by Mrs Vedrana who took time to show me round and also point out some things worth seeing on the map. Her advice to take the number 12 bus around the Marjan hill to Bene was a good tip and led to an enjoyable excursion. Apartment is quite basic, but as I spent most of my time in Split this was fine. Restaurant and tourist attractions were only a few minutes walk away.There is a small and cheap supermarket round the corner to supply anything else you need.

Sijainniltaan kätevä huoneisto. Siistit ja tilavat huoneet sekä hyvin varusteltu pikkukeittiö ja ruokailutila. Huoneistot ovat tietysti tällä vuoraajalla kaikki hieman erilaisia. Ilmastointi oli tehokas, mikä tuntui +30 -lämpöasteilla luksukselle. Emäntä Verdana oli superystävällinen ja antoi heti alussa kaupungin kartan ja vinkkejä käytännön asioihin ja lomailuun. Jo ennen matkaa he tarjosivat kuljetusta (30 e) lentokenttäkuljetuksiin, mikä näin lapsiperheille oli tosi kätevää. Kaiken kaikkiaan suosittelemme läpimästi kyseistä majoitusta. Ainoa pieni miinus oli kadulta kantautuvat äänet ilta- ja yöaikaan. Tämä on kuitenkin varsin ymmärrettävää, ottaen huomioon sijainnin.

Den största bristen med detta boende är att det inte är beläget där de uppger att det ligger på kartan. Det ligger knappt 5 minuter norrut i ett område som känns lite sunkigare. Lägenheten i sig är det inget större fel på. Det kan lukta lite fukt i skåpen och trapphuset men annars är det en modernt inredd lägenhet med kök och skön säng. Vissa spår av tidigare boende fanns dock kvar.

Wife's birthday trip

Apartment is in a central location, 5 min walk from Diocletians and the waterfront area. Host provided a map of the location and took the time to give some tips about the area. Don't be intimidated by the graffiti on the building. This area is beyond safe and a great way to explore the area as a local for a cheaper price. Highly recommend.

I left my luggage in their closet for the day while we explored Split, and had a Christian Dior purse stolen from it. Hotel claims there is nothing they can do. Beware.

Falsk adress

Först och främst, hotellet eller lägenheten är inte på den adress som utlovas. Adressen är en mötesplats som verkar ha placerats ut mitt i stan för att locka till sig fler gäster. Vi fick därifrån vandra ca 500m bort utanför den gamla stans område. Lägenheten vi fick var i ett hemskt område. Runt omkring samt i porten till lägenheten fanns det en hel del nazistiska märken och hakkors klottrade! Detta skrämde oss verkligen och vi ville absolut inte bo kvar! Som tur var så blev vi kontaktade av en som sköter Rodrigo apartments som tog oss till ett annat boende. Det nya boendet låg i stan nära vattnet. Lägenheten var mindre till yta och sliten men området var mycket trevligare. För att vi fick detta nya boende ger jag betyget 2/5 annars hade det blivit en självklar 1/5!

Very nice apartment outside of the old town.

Very comfortable room with quit a lot of space and great air conditioning, good WiFi and very helpful owners. However, was not in the centre of old town as advertised but about 5 minutes walking distance in a fairly shabby block of flats. A few amenities were missing (wine bottle opener, tea or coffee, washing powder etc) which you would expect for the price paid.

Pas du tout a l'endroit indiqué sur le site d'hotels.com. Alors certes c'est dans le centre ville a 5 min a pied, mais c'est pas honnete de donner rdv dans un endroit qui n'est pas le bon. Appartement propre et correct mais qui correspond pas aux photos.
