Rex Exclusive 5* Apartment-5 minute walk from Diocletian"s palace and famous R
- The apartment is part of a newly built family house, it consists of two stories, ground floor and first floor which are connected with an inner stairwell. Ground floor consist of a large kitchen,dining room, toilet and living area as well as a private outdoor swimming pool with a BBQ house that has it's own outdoor kitchen and a toilet. First floor consists of three bedrooms each with its own AC unit and its own bathroom. The apartment has about 210 m2 and an outdoor area of about 200m2.
The owners can arrange a wide variety of services, such organizing massages, hiking trips or bike trips with a professional guide.
Any kind of parties or events in the apartment and around the pool are strictly prohibited, the owners accept only bookings from families who want a peaceful holiday in the center of Split.
Guests are not allowed to bring people to the apartment who are not guests of the apartment.
