The Oasis Life went above and beyond for our one week holiday in August. The hotel is very well presented and clean. We had zero complaints about the property. We traveled as a group of 6 (taking 3 rooms) for our friends 30th birthday. The hotel provided a bottle of cava and a birthday cake for our friend which allowed her to have a lovely birthday around the hotel that morning. The breakfast in the hotel didn't change but was consistently good and had enough choice for all of us to have something. Unfortunately there is no bar at the hotel but staff didn't mind us having a few drinks at the poolside which we purchased from the shop (around a 3min walk away). In relation to the hotels location, it is in the outskirts of Split. We found ourselves getting an Uber in and out for the center each day but they were fairly cheap and easy to book. Overall the hotel was fantastic and we really appreciate the service and warm welcome we received by each staff member!

Lovely quiet small hotel away from the hustle
We stayed at this property for three nights prior to boarding a sailing boat. The room and bathroom are large and well appointed, and ours had a patio door leading onto the pool area. This actually was a plus for us, as it made for a nice area to sit out side with convenient pool access. It's a quite small hotel, which for us made for a fairly quiet stay. The breakfast had a surprisingly good selection and service by the staff was excellent throughout.

Great hotel
We arrived early (11ish) and the reception made sure our room was available as soon as possible. The hotel is very clean and all staff were helpful. Breakfast was run until 11am and tea and coffee was free all day. A great hotel with good parking.

Decent stay.
Overall it was a nice hotel. Lots of facilities to use such as the spa room and swimming pool. Things to improve on- Room number 11 can do with some work e.g floor is uneven, skerting boards is broken. Was a delay during check in. Breakfast is nice however maybe can do with 1 or 2 options such as saussages, hash browns etc Maybe a little pricey considering we didnt get a pool view.

Comfy, friendly hotel 45min walk from old town
Great hotel which is actually the ground floor of an apartment block. It’s quite a distance from the old town etc (about 45min walk) but that means it’s quite quiet and away from the busy main town. It’s near some really nice beach areas and the Radisson beach club is available for day tickets should you want something more luxurious. For dinner, you can get a taxi to main town. Hotel have a small number of rooms and 4 or so which look directly into a small pool which you access from your private sliding doors. There’s also a little table and some chairs in your own little space just outside if you need somebody shade. Pool is nice and gets sun all day really, only small issue is that it’s quite small and the filtration isn’t great so there were a few large bugs in it all the time. As for the room, they were great. Large bed, lovely bathroom and really comfortable. Breakfast is just across the hall and has a simple but tasty spread of breads, cheeses, meats as well as egg / sausage / bacon and then yogurts, fruits and pastries. The hotel also have a gym, sauna, jacuzzi and steam room. We aren’t the holiday training type so didn’t even look at the gym. Jacuzzi isn’t great and as it was really warm outside the sauna and steam room weren’t on. Wouldn’t count on these facilities personally. If the hotel were to add anything, some simple snacks and drink service through the day by the pool would be great. That’s really the only thing we were missing.

Lovely small hotel in residential area near beach.
Nice, clean and quiet hotel only 5mins walk from Znjan beach/bars. We booked an air conditioned poolside room which was cleaned everyday. The room had a small fridge and safe. Nice breakfast buffet served from 7 until 11am. Use of Jacuzzi/sauna and small gym available on site. Most importantl of all, the staff were fantastic and very helpful. Convienence store near beach. Split town centre is around 2miles away but easily reached via buses 8 or 15 (11kuna each way pp) or 45mim walk along the seafront. Taxis to/from airport booked through hotel is 30mins @ 250kuna each way.

Nice enough, but not ideal
We arrived to the hotel quite late via taxi. We were shown to our room (on the pool level), which was directly opposite the breakfast room. We did consider changing, but it appeared as if the hotel was full, so we hoped for the best. Not long after we arrived, there were children in the reception area. They weren't being unusually loud, but because the entire level is tiled, we could hear everything from our room 2 or 3 doors down from reception. I was struggling with the remnants of motion sickness, but struggled to relax because of the noise which sounded like it was right outside. We decided that a short walk to get some food might help, but there didn't seem to be anything nearby and we would have had to take another taxi, so I stayed hungry (and ill), while my partner ate what was left of our snack supplies for dinner. It was our last day of holiday, but we couldn't sleep in because we could hear them setting up for breakfast in the morning and could hear cutlery and glasses being placed, again because of the echo from the tiled hallway and the proximity of our bedroom directly across the entry to the breakfast room. While packing up, we noticed a couple of big bug-smudges on the wall below the desk which, had been missed during cleaning. Fortunately, we weren't staying there another night. On the whole, the hotel is nice, but the layout is confusing, cramped and loud. I felt like I was in an office block, except I happened to have a bed.

The suite was ideal as the terrace area was set back from the main pool, so a bit more private and easier with our two year old. The room itself was lovely, spacious and always clean. The breakfast is good, perhaps small options but not an issue for us. Location wise - the walk to split town is approx 40 minutes which we did plenty of times. There’s enough around and the beaches right by the hotel are so lovely and ideal for children.

The boutique hotel is beautiful and comfortable. The beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms are spacious. I loved the sleek contemporary design. The breakfast was well appointed. The staff was friendly, helpful and so sweet! It’s a short uber or taxi ride to downtown and main attractions. My only suggestion is that they increase the signage from the street as it is difficult to find and a bit confusing to enter. I definitely recommend Oasis Life.

Wonderful stay!
We stayed in the junior suite with our 6 year old son on the sofa bed (which when pulled out was bigger than our bed!). Beds really comfy, great shower, Netflix on TV, private patio area with seating. Staff were lovely, breakfast was very good and small spa area with saunas, a jacuzzi and robes. We walked into town and back with our 6 year old no problem, it's a 40 minute walk along the beach promenade with plenty of nice bars & restaurants en route if you want to stop. Highly recommend.

Lovely break
Lovely clean, modern hotel with really nice staff who were welcoming and helpful from the moment we arrived to the moment we left, including a very thoughtful card, chocolates and bottle of bubbly for my husband who celebrated his birthday whilst we were away. The breakfast had good choices for all, including hot and cold options that my vegetarian husband was very happy with. There is a coffee machine you can use throughout the day. The room was a good size, with a lovely bathroom and was cleaned daily - especially nice to be able to step out from the room straight to the pool area. The bed was a little too hard for me but this is just due to my preference and my husband found it comfortable. The local beach is about 5 minute walk away down a steep hill and there are some local beach bars and restaurants as well as a small supermarket nearby. I would have liked there to be a little more nearby, but the stony beach was very clean with lovely clear water and you have the option to catch a bus (around 25 minutes), uber (around 15 minutes) or walk (around 30-40 minutes) into town if desired. Finallly, a great surprise for us was that we were offered use of the onsite spa facilities on our first day due to the weather turning a bit gloomy and we spent a lovely afternoon enjoying the jacuzzi, steam room and sauna- a great way to unwind and relax after a long day traveling and a great start to the holiday. All in all a very nice place to have stayed thank you

Pleasant and comfortable stay.
Stayed for 5 nights. Rooms and facilities are high spec and well laid out with plenty of storage. Comfortable and quiet with short 5min walk to shops and seafront. Staff very helpful and always around up to 10.30pm. 1hour walk to main town or get bus or taxi. Overall a good relaxing stay.

So where do I start. Let's see the staff could honestly care less about us not having wifi in our room. They wouldn't accommodate us with a different room. They hung up on us when we contacted them on the phone. Also they told us we had wifi an we didn't even after they checked for them self. They said the would reboot the wifi system which they didn't. They said they would put a router in our room for better service which they didn't. They also said the hot tub worked an it didn't. They also said the sauna worked which it didnt. When we asked them to help us with directions they were very in informative. Overal our stay was there was terrible. I honestly would've had better service staying in my car then at this place. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone ever

Great accommodation in Split
Newly refurbished room, great terrace and pool with sun loungers. Excellent staff service, decent breakfast, located about a 45 minute walk to the busy city centre either down the coast or main road, or 40kn with uber. Location is peaceful with local shops and some bars and restaurants within 10 minutes at the beach area. Overall found this great value and stay for a 1 week holiday, would recommend to anyone.

Amazing time at Oasis Life
We had an amazing holiday and part of that was due to the lovely staff and beautiful surroundings at Oasis Life. The hotel is small with only 4 rooms finished so it's lovely and peaceful. The staff couldn't do enough to help and make you feel at home. Highly recommend this place - its 5 minutes walk from the beach and a 10 minute taxi ride to the hustle and bustle of Split.

Clean apartment rooms, 2 minutes walk from beach!
Oasis Life is just gorgeous, the rooms are spacious and very clean. The current rooms they have are on the lower level so level with the swimming pool, you literally open your glass doors and are welcomed with a seating area in front of your room and met with the pool! Very close to the beach, supermarkets and lots of bars/restaurants line the sea front. Close drive into town or about a 30 minute walk along the coast. Breakfast is provided in the morning and is more than I could have asked for, fresh Croissants and bread, eggs, ham, cheese, cereals, fresh fruit, juice, yogurts, just amazing! The staff and owners are so hospitable and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect!
