Le responsable de l'établissement, Yvan, a réservé pour nous un taxi qui nous attendait à l'heure dite à l'aéroport et qui nous a conduit jusqu'à la porte de la chambre.C'était très bien. Nous en avons profité pour réserver aussitôt le taxi pour notre retour par devant Yvan et le chauffeur. Le rendez vous était fixé à 13h le samedi 12/10 devant la porte du logement pour un départ du vol à 15h15. Personne n'est venu et impossible de joindre Yvan qui ne nous a plus jamais recontacté malgré un message sur whatsapp et un appel tph avec message vocal. Nous dû prendre un taxi au vol et nous avons faillit rater notre avion. Pour ce qui est de la chambre elle n'est en aucune manière 4 étoiles mais plutôt 2. Il nous a fallu partager les 5 cintres des placards avec nos voisins de chambre qui eux n'en avaient aucun !! La partie nuit ne fait que 8m² environ et ne comporte même pas de petite table pour le petit déjeuner. Le chauffe eau ne fait que 50L ce qui est très juste pour deux douches et plus...Mais surtout, l'entrée est sale, pleine de poussière et est en travaux depuis des mois. On se croirait sur un chantier !!! Deux étages à gravir dans un escalier entre gravats et poussière .... à ce prix là !!!! c'est juste incroyable.... la femme de ménage devait venir au bout de 3 jours : on ne l'a jamais vu !!! etc...

This accommodation listed as Temple Luxury Apartments and Rooms with a picture of a very glamorous and well appointed bedroom. Upon arrival at the accommodation I was met by the representative, Ivan, who was very charming and well informed. He took me to the apartment and I have to say I was, initially, very disappointed. The building was far from 'luxury' and the room (not an apartment) was very basic. A double bed, two singles pushed together, with not particularly comfortable pillows and very cheap feeling duvets and bedding. There is a water heater in the bathroom which is very efficient once I had figured out how to switch it on to heat the water although no toiletries provided which I would expect in 'luxury' accommodation! There was a tray of tea and coffee and a kettle and cups, however only two sachets of coffee which were not replenished (there seemed to be no daily service at this particular room) After my initial disappointment, however, I settled into the room and found it reasonably comfortable, at least the air-conditioning was efficient! It seems there are several rooms and apartments under the umbrella of Luxury Temple Apartments as this accommodation is not at the address listed on the website and as mentioned previously this was not an apartment but a room and I would have expected more when one is paying almost £100 per night!

Located inside the walls of Diocletian Palace it made it one perfect place to make a short walk to promenade and restaurants . The downside is being too close to restaurants as you can hear sometimes crowds downstairs having a great time at 3am. :) I followed the reviewers’ suggestions before and called the number and was able to establish a path of communication via whatsapp right away. The location is a bit hard in the maze foo all the turns and nooks of the old city. Once you locate it though, being right in the middle of it all was a perk. ivan and his wife were responsive and helpful in arranging transfer to the airport on our way back. I would gladly stay at the apartment again if I were back. One side note when booking on expedia make sure you pay attention when selecting the payment option. I thought I was all settled when i put in my credit card, however, I found that ,

We were at a loss when we arrived at bus station. Ivan said to call for directions to the apt but it’s impossible to hear in the crowds. We needed written directions and a map. Better yet, someone could have met us at the station. A taxi would not have helped because the old city is pedestrian only. The room was very nicely done, but small. Music from outside goes to midnight during the week. Still we enjoyed being in the old city close to everything.

Fabulous location in the pedestrian area close to lots of restaurants and bars. Also close to the waterfront. Bruno was so helpful with our check in. He went above and beyond to welcome us and for that we are truly grateful. This place felt like it was a cut above other places we have stayed on our trip to Europe. Thank you!

The apartment is in a great location in the centre of the old town. It is not easy to find, the address we had was not the actual address of our apartment. I thought I had sent an email saying what time we would arrive, but no one was there to meet us. Apparently I should have called when we arrived at the airport. So be wary if you book an apartment, you have to call to arrange someone to meet you. Bruno arrived after about half an hour, and everything was fine thereafter.

We loved the size and location. The people were friendly and helpful. The only thing we didn’t like was the bed. One side creaked a lot every time we moved. If that is replaced or fixed it would have been perfect.

Pretty much perfect, esp. for the price

Room looked exactly like the picture on the booking. Fantastic location--right by the palace, but away from the noise. Tastefully decorated; new everything, including air conditioning unit, which came in handy. Extra towels, beach towels, and maps in the closet. Great value for the price, especially.

Awesome location, and very friendly people running the place, however hotels.com failed to mention anywhere that if you are paying at the hotel, you need to pay cash. It’s an important distinction that would have been nice to know about to begin with. Just spoke with customer service and they’re going to try and update the website, but wanted to get it out there for travelers to know about

Good location, misleading description, poor host

Check in consisted of wandering around between several addresses, only to be saved by a helpful receptionist from another hotel - turns out both the address and phone number provided for the apartment were both incorrect. There is no ‘front desk’ or reception for this booking so don’t be fooled. Upon eventual arrival at the room, when asking the host for recommmendations for where to eat, the response was ‘go to my restaurant, everything else is the same’ - goes without saying we didn’t eat there and found some wonderful places to eat elsewhere in the old town. We explicitly booked a king bed and the room had two single beds side by side. When raised with the host the response was ‘Two beds make one king size bed so that is the deal’ - completely unacceptable and not what I had paid for. The room also only had one single duvet for the ‘king bed’ so again not ideal. The apartment itself was ok asides from the above and was in a brilliant location about 20 metres from the Riva.
