Amazing hotel all perfectly decorated, clean, extra sheets, excellent A/C. They lend you towels to go to the sea which is super convenient. Incredible location, walking 10 minutes to the center, restaurant in front the property, market 3 minutes, bakeries 2 minutes

The most amazing staff i have ever seen. Friendly and helpful always went above and beyond for us. Thank you so much for an amazing stay. Shoutout to Karlo and Eva, great people. I am so glad we didnt try to save a little bit on an air bnb and chose this hotel instead. If it is your first time in split, i reccomend staying here.

A good convinient location close to both the city and the harvour. A fantastic apartment with all the amenities we needed. Nice, tidy and stylish! Only minus is that you had to pay cash.

Fantastiskt boende 5 minuters promenad till Riva, Splits centrum.. Underbar värd. Mycket fräscht funktionellt och med allt som behövs. Sköna sängar. Vi kände oss som hemma. Boendet rekommenderas! Vi återkommer mer än gärna. Frukosten åt vi runt hörnet på Villa Diana som bestod av rostebröd och annat vitt bröd, äggröra, stekt ägg, korv, bacon, ost, skinka, salami, färskost, yoghurt, flingor, frukt och småkakor. Juice, vatten, kaffe och the. Tyvärr inga grönsaker men när vi bad om tomat och gurka fick vi det.

We were met by Karlo. He showed us our lovely room and made many excellent suggestions about where to eat etc. He was very responsive the entire time. The common area kitchen was very well appointed with everything you would need to make a dinner in, and a lovely little covered patio to eat on. The other lounge area terrace was the perfect place to relax with a glass of posip after a busy sight seeing day in Split. The location of the room was great, about a 5-10 minute walk into town or to the beach. I would definitely stay here again! I highly recommend for a family of 3. Karlo also organized our airport transfer for us.

Karlo is the kindest! Excellent place to stay!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Karlo! He’s the kindest man! He scooped us up at the ferry terminal and walked us, with our heavy luggage, all the way to the apartment! The space is clean, spacious, smells great and the beds are so comfy! Karlo packed us breakfast and lunch for our all day tour the following day (as we were missing the complimentary bfast) and stored it in our fridge while we were out exploring. He immediately came to help turn the tv on, and also enthusiastically pointed out his favorite restaurants and made us reservations. I highly recommend this place that is just slightly outside of the gates. Super quick walk to everything! Thank you so much Karlo!

新しくとても綺麗なお部屋でした。 部屋、シャワールームともに広々としており快適でした。 港や旧市街までも近く、小さいスーパーも近くにあり不便しませんでした。 スタッフさんは駐車場に迎えに来てくれたり、フェリーの出航場所をフェリー会社に尋ねてくれたりとても親切でした。 しいていえば、鍵の開け閉めがかたくて難儀した点だけが残念でしたが、それ以外はとても満足です！

Il s'agit d'un appartement situé au 1er étage d'un immeuble et composé d'une cuisine commune avec terrasse et de 4 chambres individuelles avec salle de bain privative. Prestations haut de gamme. Petit déjeuner buffet délicieux pris à l'hôtel villa Diana (à 1 min de la chambre) : jus de fruit, viennoiserie, bacon, oeufs, pain, viennoiseries, yaourt, céréales .... : un régal !!!!

Un séjour parfait !

Un accueil exceptionnel de Karlo que nous remercions pour sa disponibilité ! il nous a attendus au parking le plus proche ,gratuit le dimanche, puis le soir il a garé notre voiture sur une autre place gratuite pour le reste du séjour ! très appréciable sachant qu' en Croatie les PV sont prompts à être déposés sur les voitures de location ! La chambre et la salle de bain sont très confortables, spacieuses, bien décorées , une petite cuisine commune est à disposition. Le petit déjeuner est proposé sous forme de buffet à l'hôtel au coin de la rue avec un système de "vouchers" déposés quotidiennement . Le centre ville de Split est à une petite dizaine de minutes à pieds . Karlo n'est pas avare de conseils sur la ville, les restaurants et autres activités . Je conseille cet hébergement sans hésiter !

We had the warmest welcome I’ve ever had at a hotel before. Karlos made us feel at home instantly and recommended places to eat and things to see in Split. The apartment is really clean, spacious and within 10 mins walking of city centre. Perfect!

Super nice and clean room, really nice hospilaty, he takes time to explain us the best spot to see in Split, some great restaurant, reply quickly to our question... the best place we stay in Split, absolutly nothing to complain about, Karlo is a really really nice host! I recommend his appartments to anyone who want to spend time in Split. Only 5 minutes walking to the old town, great location.
