Everything was perfect. In addition to the apartment perfectly meeting our needs, Goran welcomed us very well, was super attentive and gave us great tips for our trip. I would definitely recommend this property.

Deluxe Rooms Tramonto was the perfect choice! The rooms are beautiful and the location was perfect! There was a city parking lot a block away and it was an easy walk to Diocletian’s Palace and everything else you’d want to see! Highly recommend!

Amazing deal right in Old Town!
This place was lovely! The room was so nice and clean, and the location is very convenient as it’s right at the entrance to Old Town. The owner was extremely nice and accommodating during my check-in and check-out process, as was the cleaning lady. Highly recommend!!

Pretty room - nice hosts
Hosts were super friendly and helpful. Place was clean and cozy. Walkable to some good restaurants and not far from the waterfront. Felt safe walking around. Only wish the windows didn’t have blinds covered and shut the whole time as I enjoy natural light.

Great Split location
Beautiful, comfortable room and bathroom. A bit noisy in the morning with early construction work next door. Very close walk to Old City, supermarket and restaurants. Very hard place to park particularly if arriving on a lovely Sunday afternoon. There is a paid carpark close by but it would be the luck of the draw in terms of parking.

Very friendly host and luxurious room
Excellent location just a short walk from the harbour and Diocletian’s palace. The room and bathroom were to a very high standard and regularly cleaned. Goran who greeted us was very friendly and gave us lots of recommendations for things to visit and places to eat and drink. Would stay here again!!

Tramonto Luxury Apartments
This Apartment is in the old town of Split. It was extremely well laid out with bedroom and beautiful bathroom and with a little fridge to keep drinks cold. You could walk just down the road for food or for the sights. The apartment was really clean and had a modern decor. There was a locked door between the 3 apartments he owned and the rest of the building as well as a lock for your room. We would stay here again if we were going to Split.

Such a clean fresh room
re met by Goran. Lovely guy who will make sure you have everything you need. He will arrange to meet you there. There are no signs outside the building so you will need to look at maos to find it. The rooms were spectacularly clean. Like really really clean!!! They were very modern despite the building being old and run down looking on the outside. Dont let this put you off. The rooms are fantastic. The bed is super comfortable. Plenty of pillows. Huge shower and bathroom. It's just outside the perimeter for of town but anyone could walk to and from easy. It takes just a few minutes. I would highly recommend this place. Oh.. one more thing. SUPERFAST WIFI!!!!! Best in Croatia. SUMARY A+ Cleanliness A+ Room size and layout A+ Reception A+ Comfort A Location

Great choice
The location is great, it’s only a short walk away from the Diocletian Palace, shops, restaurants and promenade. The apartment was excellent inside and the owner was so helpful and informative, gave us recommendations and even went out of his way to help us find a free parking spot, when another hotel (right down the street) had us to park in a 20 euro a day parking lot.

We had a great stay in Split for 3 days! The host Goran was incredibly accommodating with helping us figure out transportation and things to do. We even got a free bottle of champagne. We also had an issue with one of our bags not making it and they wanted to deliver while we were out for the day. Goran came and let the airline drop off the bag to our room! Overall 10 out of 10 customer service! Hotel is a 2 minute walk into the main area of the city!

Comfortable studio in a perfect location
Met at the airport by Ante after a late night flight we were very impressed by this newly renovated studio apartment in an old building just 5 minutes walk from the city centre. Furnishings were first class and the studio had a dishwasher and washing machine. Air conditioning, endless hot water and excellent wifi connection were additional bonuses. We have no hesitation in recommending this accommodation.

Amazing stay!
We had a great experience and nothing to complain about. The room was great, location is great and the host Goran is very helpful. It's newly renovated with a light and nice finish. Bed is comfortable and we had a great stay. We would love to come back!! Nearby you have a perfect breakfast place and it's just a 5 min walk and you will be in the heart of old town.
