Check in

The check-in was a bit clunky. Ana was great when we reached her. The video was semi useful, but moved too fast through the sequence. Better to have a series of still photos and bullet points on relevant info. Add that the electronic codes will not work until check in is available. Add that there’s no real luggage storage outside of check in.
