We are a small and cozy apartment located in the center of Split 3, near campus and few minutes from a beautiful pebbles beach Žnjan. We have 2 apartments at this location for up to 8 people or more with additional beds.

Pleasant Surprise

I'm in love with SocMod architecture so it was wonderful to be able to stay in one of the apartment blocks, but the inside was all set up for my Western needs. Beautifully remodeled inside with modern amenities and fixtures. Bed was incredibly comfortable, more than enough space to unpack and do laundry, and fully equipped to cook a meal. Would definitely stay here again!

Located by buses. The property was clean but too small for 4. The toilet flushes every 30 seconds. Difficult to communicate with owner. For example took 36 hrs to get response to wifi password. The bed sofa in poor condition. The bedroom was really good. A mixed bag but I wouldn’t recommend.

We never got any information how to check in and when we were at the apartment, no one was there. We tried calling and texting the number we received but nobody answered. In the end we had to stay at a different accommodation and someone from this apartment only reached out to us after one day, when we already had a new place. It seemed like we got the number of the owner of the apartment and not the person that was responsible for check ins.

Lo mejor fue el trato recibido y la comunicación. Avisamos de que, por problemas ajenos a nosotros, tendríamos que llegar tarde si queríamos tener más tiempo en la ciudad anterior, y no nos pusieron más que facilidades. Y el día de la llegada me escribieron para darnos las indicaciones de acceso, con todo detalle, mapa y fotos incluidos. El alojamiento era cómodo, aunque mis hijos dijeron que el colchón del sofá cama era demasiado blando y resultaba incómodo. El barrio no era nada especial, y en 10 minutos en Uber (a buen precio y rapidez de servicio) se llegaba al puerto. Alojamiento recomendado.

Das Apartment war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Es gab ein kleines Problem mit dem Duschkopf was innerhalb kürzester Zeit behoben wurde. Dies ist sehr lobenswert. Auch die Kommunikation hat sehr gut funktioniert was einen reibungslosen Check-in bedeutete

Urlaub in Split 2024

Die Kommunikation war sehr gut und lief ganz unkompliziert über WhatsApp. Es wurde sogar ein Toaster gekauft und ein neuer Wäscheständer. Die Unterkunft ist sehr modern und mit allem nötigen eingerichtet. Außerdem war es auch sauber. Die Umgebung war nicht ganz nach unserem Geschmack aber die Wohnung hat es entschädigt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar und auch an den nächsten Strand kann man hin laufen.
