  • Apartment Milesi is a spacious apartment located in the heart of the old town, on the verge of impressive Diocletian's Palace. All main city attractions and best restaurants are steps away from the apartment.

    The flat consists of two bedrooms, a living room, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. One bedroom has a king size bed and the other bedroom has twin beds. Additional couch bed (king size) can be set up for 2 more people in the living room. Guests have access to air conditioning system, free WiFi internet and a cable TV.

    It is located in the Diocletian's Palace, 50 meters from central city promenade "Riva" and 20 meters from People's square. New city promenade "West Coast" and city central recreational zone hill "Marjan" are in walking distance. Furthermore, ferry port, central train station and central bus station within 10 minutes by walk as well as all the best restaurants, popular cafe bars, green market, fish market, rent-a-car, rent-a-bike, banks, pharmacies, bakeries, washing self - service etc.

Fantastic Location in Old Town Split

This apartment was perfect. Excellent location in old town Split, step from the building and into the middle of everything, but very quiet, clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed with everything that we needed during our stay. I highly recommend this apartment.

Wonderful place to stay!

Location was amazing!! Right in Old Town. Step out the door into the action. Host was very responsive. Apartment was spacious, nice and clean. There are a lot of stairs up to the apartment if that is a problem for you. Would definitely recommend and would stay again if we were to return.

Spacious apartment in the heart of Split

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was very spacious. The AC was very needed and worked well. The host was very communicative and helped us book an airport transfer that was seemless (even though we were delayed 3 hours) and a tour of the falls with lunch which was such an amazing experience (highly recommended). The location could not be beat.

Many Restaurants nearby, nice place for breakfast and sundowner. Spacy. Big kitchen, Appartement in the 3rd floor, no escalator. Sometimes smell from the Restaurant below.

Perfect stay for a girls trip

Very spacious apartment in the middle of the old city centre. Literally anything is in walking distance. Communication with our host was super friendly and helpful. The boiler in the bathroom didn’t work at first but the problem was fixed immediately.

The property is in a great location, right in the heart of the old town. It’s very spacious, has a living room, 2 big bedrooms & a very large size kitchen. However, one of the 2 twin beds in the other bedroom broke during the first night of use. The other downside is that the apartment is on the 3rd floor & building has no elevators so climbing up many flights of stairs with heavy luggage is tiring & a bit physically demanding.

Spacious and fantastic apartment, great for families!

This apartment is much bigger than the pictures suggest, we loved it and had a fantastic stay!!! The kids loved their twin beds and big room, and we loved our huge master bedroom. Beds were comfortable, even the pull-out in the living room. AC worked great and was a huge plus! Kitchen was huge and well-stocked. Laundry machine was great and super helpful, and our clothes dried on the rack really quickly. Communication with the host was wonderful, especially when we surprisingly arrived earlier than expected and had to communicate in order to get the keys and check in. Location can’t be beat, right in the heart of Old town, surrounded by restaurants, shopping, and waterfront. Overall, it was an absolutely wonderful experience and I highly recommended the apartment for any families!

Located in the heart of the city with easy access to stores and restaurants. The apartment itself was very spacious and had a full kitchen and laundry service available. The apartment is located on the third floor so be be mindful of that. Would definitely stay there again.

Had a nice stay in apartment. Central location. Apartment clean and comfortable. Only down side apartment on third floor. No lift. Found this problematic when trying to carry cases up three flights of stairs. We were all exhausted .
