Whilst the property was a bit further out from the main town, it was walkable. The apartment was spacious with a great balcony and view. The walk to the beach was super short and not as busy as Bacvice so ideal really. Staff were super efficient with leaving clear instructions for self check in.

Highly recommend- female friendly
Beautiful hotel. Great value for price and stunning views from the room overlooking sea. 3 minutes to beach. Staff was lovely and very accommodating. 30-35 min walk to central Split

The room and bathroom was spacious and clean and we were able to walk there from the ferry. Very close to the beach and restaurants.

The team made contact to ensure we could get in, but initially we accidentally let ourselves into the wrong apartment. The room was clean and well furnished, and close to a reasonable beach . However, the apartment was noisy at night ; the doors clang loudly, a bright light comes on shining through the hall windows (why are they there?) into the sofa bed area, and through the glass door of the bedroom when other visitors are in the stair well, and the hospital helicopter landing at the adjacent helipad everynight was exciting meant that we didn't get as much sleep as we were expecting

The tray where the kettle and cups area was not cleaned. Lots of sugar filled and still had an opened sugar package lying in the tray. Shower had no door and floor was uncleared. Water from shower spilled onto the floor lead to my partner’s fall and loss consciousness after hitting his head. And this was enough to cover my disappointment

Adriatic Queen was great. Quiet, clean, easy parking, a very short distance to the beach. We were checking in late and out early and contactless entry and exit worked great.

Wheater not very nice, rain and cold…should have stayed one week later…last week in May forecasted better. Helicopter ambulance landing platform next door the apartments was very noisy and the wind factor caused severe injuries to our friend. WiFi not up to “modern standards “. Balcony windows not properly sealed against rain. Shower drain system required maintenance. Lady in the reception was very friendly and helpful

The Adriatic Queen was spotless, the bedding was comfortable, and delicious tea was provided. I felt safe because they take Corona virus precautions very seriously. The manager was kind enough to wait for me to arrive later than the standard check in time and assist me over the phone because that is the only time that I could get a train.

It was very close to the beach! We are able to walk to alot of beach bars near by really easily! It was about 20 minutes to the centre not to far! The staff and the accomodation were amazing!! Could not have asked for a better stay! Would definitely go back again!

We were here for one night before we had to catch our flight back. It was raining so we stayed in the hotel most of the time. I will say this place has paper thin walls. We heard the doors slam more times than I would have liked. Location was about 25 minutes away from city center which was a bit farther than I expected but you can take a bus for 1.50 euros and get there quickly. Parking was convenient. Bring cash to pay as you get a discount and don’t have to pay city tax if you use cash

Beautiful views from the balcony
Spotless with everything we needed, great kitchen facilities, good sized wardrobe and the sofa bed was a good size. Lovely balcony views and helpful staff made this the perfect stay. The only slight disturbance we had was from the helicopter landing on one of the nights, but only for a couple of minutes. The place is around a 25 minute walk from the town, but there is a bus stop nearby and restaurants within a 5 minute walk and a supermarket, we took an uber when we didn't want to walk. I couldn't fault the place.

Clean and comfy, but away from everything.
Lovely room with everything as expected. Air con. Fridge. Shower. Tv. Etc. Unfortunately our room was ground floor and right next to car park. No privacy with the shutters open. Location was a bit away from the old Town but it was next to a beach and is a nice 30 min walk past the other beaches to get to the old town and for the best restaurants. Can get to beach and sea front via a dirt track behind hotel.

Quiet apartment away from the city centre
This apartment is perfect if you like to walk, which we do. We deliberately chose accommodation away from the city centre. There were plenty of restaurants nearby, and the food was all lovely. The apartment itself was small but it was everything we needed - a comfortable, clean bed, and a clean shower room. The receptionist was very helpful and was on hand to answer any questions we had, as well as to make recommendations for excursions. The area was very peaceful during the night so a good night's sleep was had by us both.

We had a great experience at this hotel. Service was excellent. Room was spacious. The only negative was the pillows were a bit flat. Would have liked better pillows. The breakfast was good, and the service impeccible. Very nice location at the tip of the peninsula.....within walking distance to everything. Highly recommend

Decent,but would be indifferent to recommend
The main plus point is the beach location. It is away from the centre of Split but only a short bus journey away. There are a decent number of restaurants nearby. Main drawback is the noise from next door if you have loud guests staying there, but to be fair this could happen anywhere.

Location out of split made for quiet stay which we wanted Staff helped us book ferries and taxis and made sure we were orientated to the area Good restaurant recommendations including kitchen 5 which was difficult to find but worth the search

Very nice room, away from the busy centre.
Room was nice, good shower. Slightly off the beaten track but that suited us very well. The beach a few minutes away was quieter than the one nearer town, which was great too. Staff very helpful and pleasant.

Best value accommodation in Split
Excellent location just outside of Split with incredible views of the water and mountains from a good sized balcony. Only a 5 minute walk down to the beaches and a 10 minute walk to the main party beaches. The apartment is quite new with great facilities like a dishwasher and cheap laundry services through reception. The staff were extremely helpful and the unit was cleaned cleaned to hospital grade before we checked in. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. We stayed top floor room.

Hotel not listed in the GPS, took us a long while to find the hotel. Road leading to the hotel is narrow and no road or hotel name signs visible, had to stop a few times to ask the locals for directions.

Actually there are 7 signs on the road which are leading you to our property, but maybe your navigation system took you on the wrong side of the city. The thing is you should be careful in putting the address in navigation system,the address is Spinciceva 33E and it happens that the guests forget to put the letter E and this is really crucial.
