"Die Unterkunft ansich war in Ordnung, die Gästebetreuung hingegen nicht. Diese war nur schwer erreichbar, und bei unserer Ankunft war die Wohnung noch nicht gereinigt ( 17 Uhr). Das bedeutete, dass wir mit unserer 87- jährigen Mutter die Unterkunft erneut verlassen mussten, damit die Reinigung durchgeführt ..."
