"This hotel is located toward the dustier end of Carlsbad and despite this, the entire property is very clean, as was the room/bathroom. The breakfast was hot and tasty, coffee was good and the staff was constantly asking if there was anything I needed. Overall I had a very pleasant stay and will definitely stay here again."

"We were pleased staying in this hotel, well-maintained and clean! Our room was clean and spacious. Check-in was easy, the whole staff was extremely helpful, amazing and knowledgeable. Hot breakfast is served daily with lots of options. The only thing that I was a little concern was the cleanliness of the pool. Water has awful smell, lots of algae on the wall and it seems they don't clean it the way it supposed to be(?) but we definitely will stay here again for our upcoming trip to Carlsbad, NM."

"Be mindful of the directions when using maps. It routed us an hour out of the way thru a dark, isolated canyon with no wifi. Once we backtracked out of the canyon, the owner sent me her location and we found it. She is concerned and will get with tech to fix that. She checked us in with our late night arrival. The key card worked but didn’t open the door. Someone else came to assist us. Still couldn’t get the door to open with the card. We only stayed one night and the room was perfect for a short overnight stay. It was VERY cold, actually too cold so make an adjustment. Hot water and shower pressure was great. TV turned on but remote didn’t work. Bed was ok but comfortable enough. Towels were nice. The owner made us a small snack for breakfast but we wanted to try the burritos we had read about in the reviews. The price and accommodation was a great value. We were 30 minutes from Carlsbad caverns so it was an easy drive in the morning. That was convenient and why we chose this Inn for a short night ."

"We greatly enjoyed out time, they put a lot of thought into their space. It is cozy and relaxing, especially after long days trekking through caverns and up mountains. It was perfect for our family of 4 and was set in a great location. We weren't far from town but put us on the south side to get to the national parks. The best part though was the amaizing muffins baked and ready for our stay! "

"This was basically a pit stop for us on the way to Angel Fire. Even so, this was a very nice stay. The host was friendly and helpful, and the kids were surprised and enjoyed this being a Christian camp facility. Great place for a large group. Table seated all 16 of our party. Would stop here again!"
