"Unfortunately, when we arrived, the young woman at the front desk had no understanding of ADA rooms. She put us in a hearing impaired room instead of mobility room. We have stayed in many hotels, and it is not uncommon for this to happen, but I cannot let the comment she said go. When I went to the desk to ask if there was a shower chair available, she said there is a foldable chair in the closet that he can use. I immediately asked a clarifying question, "are you referring to the luggage rack?" She giggled and said I guess so. I was dumbfounded. The hotel did provide a shower chair the following day and they offered to allow us to move rooms, but we had already unpacked, ext. I was very happy otherwise with the hotel. I am hoping that she can get training to better understand ADA. I felt so bad for my husband being told that, he did not deserve that and it definitely changed our trip significantly."

"We were visiting out of state just for the weekend, and this location was great! Breakfast was good, and the front desk staff was super helpful and kind, especially when we arrived late at night :). would definitely stay here again"
