Wonderful property

"We had a great time staying at this house. It was clean, well stocked with everything you would need, and the view is amazing. The host was very responsive. The Vrbo app led us to the wrong address about 10 minutes away, but the host quickly gave us the right one. We would definitely recommend this property. "

AMAZING stay!!

"We had an amazing stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a fun getaway. We especially enjoyed the pool, pickleball court, and movie theater. The kids were obsessed with the popcorn machine—it was such a fun touch! The host was fantastic—great communication and made us feel so welcome. Would definitely stay again!"

"The house was everything we thought it would be, and more! We brought our boat, and it was so great to have it right there. And after a day on the water, it was so awesome to jump right into the pool. The house was very clean and had almost everything we needed. The only thing we were missing was a few more kitchen supplies but we made do with what we had. "

We relaxed and enjoyed.

"On our annual visit to Florida from the UK we always look for places where there is no razzamataz and nightlife. There's certainly no razzamataz here at Crystal River but there is nightlife of the natural type. The property is of the highest quality and has appliances that are top of the range. Furnishing has just the right touch without being ostentatious, kitchen is well supplied with all the necessary gizmos and gadgets. I, personally, judge a property by the quality of the chef knives and this place has very good knives! Plenty of convenient parking. Outside there is the pool which is very well maintained with routines carried out every morning. Activities are numerous - plenty of fishing from the shore, kayaking, walks (take lots of water!), bird watching, manatee and gator spotting, flowers galore and from the decking watch the fiddler crabs whilst the tide comes in quietly. Only 4 miles away are all the other holiday necessities of stores, restaurants, bait shop. Best sunsets are from the bridge or the road to the house. I've gone on far to long for a review so take my word for it. You won't regret it. Enjoy!"

Charming Waterfront Retreat - Scalloping - Dock Access - Pool - AC - King Bed!

"This is a gem of a property, we felt like we were on a Thai island resort at this location. The property itself was amazing, just perfect, super clean with everything you could want. We would definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area. It’s just a short 10 min drive to Crystal River, so easy to go get food etc if you didn’t want to cook yourself. Host were really communicable. We were so happy. "

Manatee Cove, Tiki WATERFRONT Home w/BOATLIFT

Overall Impression

"Overall impression and stay was very good. Great location, very quiet around and in neighborhood. Don't let outside of house fool you, as the inside is Very nicely done and more than adequate for me, wife, daughter, and her boyfriend. Only negatives. 3 out of 5 ceiling fans, which are all remote control, did not work. Actually, 1 of those we don't know if it worked or not, as could not locate nor did owner know, where the remote was. AC was good enough to offset this though. Trash, when we arrived on Wednesday the 24th, was literally, not kidding, overflowing onto the driveway. By Thursday afternoon, we had flies, outside and a few that got in house, from the trash. We talked to owner on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, but it took until Saturday morning at 8:00 am for it to be removed. I think their property management company was useless here, so I don't totally blame that on owner. Other than those couple glitches, I would stay here again. It needs some "Tweaks", enough towels and bath mats for guests, yard could use some TLC, but all-in-all, I would give this a 3.5'ish out of 5. We satay in a LOT of rentals and this is certainly not the best, but way from the worst."
