"The staff was amazing. It was great to have a restaurant right there. The beach was right there, literally down the steps! It was a very very nice beach. After staying here for two nights, I felt refreshed and relaxed. I had the only single room in the place, which was up a large number of stairs, the last flight being of a small creaky wooden circular staircase. If you have trouble walking upstairs, this might not be your place. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this location."

"A fabulous villa maintained to a very high standard. Wonderful view from each level. The pool is fantastic and there are lots of different sitting areas with varying amounts of shade. The kitchen is very well equipped (Hob, microwave and air fryer but no oven) and the BBQ is great. It is a 20 min steep walk down to Porto Istana beach, 25 min walk to supermarket in Murta Maria and 20-30 min drive in to Olbia. The only thing that could have been improved is to have an earlier check in than 5 pm. We would definitely recommend this villa. "

"We stayed here for almost two weeks, and it was an incredible experience! The house is beautiful, well-equipped, and offers stunning views. It’s perfectly located—just 15 minutes from Olbia and very close to the gorgeous Porto Istana beach.Danilo, the owner, warmly welcomed us, explained everything about the house, and gave us excellent suggestions for exploring the area. The atmosphere is calm and peaceful, and one of our favorite moments was enjoying the starry skies at night .Overall, this was the perfect place for our stay in Sardinia. Thank you, Danilo, for your kindness and hospitality—we truly recommend this house to anyone visiting the island!Olivier & Grace"

"This villa was just what we needed! When they showed us the huge pool and the extra deck spaces we couldnt believe it was only for our use, but it was true! The villa was clean, kitchen well stocked and the balcony was wonderful. We asked the host to put the two twins in the upstairs room together to make a king and it was no problem. Plenty of towels and bedding. We were a little surprised that the third bedroom was down an outside set of stairs, but it was not a problem for our group. The unit is at the very end of the complex so lots of privacy and peace but be prepared to carry your luggage a good ways : ) We loved being outside of the city of Olbia (about 30 min drive) and it was a good launchjng point for our day trips around the island. Overall GREAT stay and the host was VERY helpful and communication was easy. Thanks!!"
