"Beautiful property and hosts were incredibly accommodating and welcoming. Feels like we were visiting family. Breakfast was the best breakfast we had in Italy. Must try their home made marmalades and limoncello. Quiet escape from the other cities on the Amalfi Coast. Will be back, and would highly recommend."

"Residence zelzar is perfect if you want to experience amalfi coast with less tourists. The town is very cute with lots of ceramic shops and excellent food. The room was well equipped and clean and the management communication was excellent. We had a wonderful time here. Very high up on the hill but easy to drive down with a car or catch the bus. Don’t underestimate the cafe bar royal where we had a free coffee and croissant every morning! Excellent pastries and very friendly. "

"Such an awesome, unique, local experience. Just a short shuttle ride from Vietre sul mare center, I loved how quiet and modern this B&B is. It is about 50 steps above the Riato piazza bus stop, but it was a perfect quiet respite amongst the locals. "

"We enjoyed the location with the scenic view! The hotel customer service between the reception staff to room service was excellent and very helpful! Each time we needed assistance planning trips, taxis, and ferry, the staff was knowledgeable and offered their full attention which was very assuring to travelers like us! I also really appreciated the shuttle service and breakfast which made things super convenient and enjoyable! Ask staff for activity/tour tips, they are a source of great knowledge about the town!"

"Hotel Cetus was unlike any hotel I've ever stayed at. First, when you arrive you'll realize that you can't even see a hotel. It's all below on the cliff! All you see from the road is a tiny parking lot and an elevator shaft.
Because the hotel is built into the cliff and overlooks the sea, the views are incredible! All the service staff from the reception to housekeeping to the restaurants are 5 star plus.
You'll quickly realize that everything on the Amalfi Coast is pricey and it's very challenging to drive around. And don't even think about walking from the hotel - dangerous! I highly recommend trying their on-site restaurant for dinner. The restaurant has fantastic food and outstanding service. You'll get a lot for your money. The hotel has it's own beach, offers an amazing full breakfast with everything you can think of, and has a beach restaurant.
The only drawback to Hotel Cetus is also it's advantage, it's not within walking distance of a town or near anything so you have to brave the extreme traffic to get anywhere. The plus side is after you've been out you're SO HAPPY to be back to some place quiet and away from the crowds!"

"Ilaria goes out of her way to help her guests. The property is a little bit dated, and it is not a hotel, but Ilaria provides exceptional services and the property is right on the sea, with a convenient location. So, if you don't need a hotel experience and don't require a swanky, modern property, this property can be a very nice alternative."
